What is included in this set?
Three pieces: a red velvet lehenga cut to 42 inches, a red velvet blouse piece of 1 metre, and a beige net dupatta. The lehenga and blouse arrive semi-stitched, so a tailor completes them to your measurements before the set can be worn.
Is the blouse stitched or unstitched?
Semi-stitched, which means the blouse comes as a 1 metre piece of velvet rather than a finished garment. Customisation is offered up to a 42 inch bust and waist for this design, so check that figure against your own measurement before ordering.
Is this lehenga heavy?
Yes, noticeably. Velvet carries real weight of its own, the skirt is a full 42 inches, and the handwork adds resham, zari, cord and sequins on top of that. Expect a substantial bridal garment rather than something light, and factor that into a long ceremony.
Why is the dupatta a different colour?
The dupatta is beige net against a red velvet lehenga and blouse. That contrast lightens the palette and separates the upper body from the skirt in photographs, which a matching red dupatta would not do. Net also keeps the panel light against a heavy velvet set.
Does the price include GST?
Yes. The displayed price already includes 12% GST, so tax is not added again at checkout. The figure covers all three pieces together: the velvet lehenga, the velvet blouse piece and the beige net dupatta, before any tailoring you arrange separately.
