These terms govern your use of vpnam.com and purchases made through it.

1. Legal seller

2. Products and information

We aim to show product-specific images, descriptions, fabric, work and blouse information accurately. Minor colour variation can occur because of lighting, photography and screen settings. The public Vpnam design number identifies the item ordered.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees and the product price shown is the final product price. Any delivery charge is shown before payment. Payments are processed securely through the methods offered at checkout; we do not store full card details. Cash on delivery is not offered.

4. Orders and stock

An order is accepted when payment is verified and the item is confirmed for fulfilment. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

5. Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds

The published Shipping and Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund and Returns policies form part of these terms.

6. Coupons

Coupons apply only during their published validity window and subject to their minimum-order, maximum-discount, product or category conditions. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Intellectual property

The Vpnam name, logo, storefront design and original site content may not be commercially copied without written permission. Source-supplied product imagery remains subject to the relevant rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Nothing here limits a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction subject to applicable consumer-forum rights.
