Dispatch

Stock-confirmed items are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days. A product page may show a more specific dispatch estimate. Orders are dispatched only after payment is confirmed.

Delivery inside India

Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the pin code and courier network. Remote locations may take longer. Any delivery charge is shown in checkout before payment.

Tracking and parcel checks

Tracking is shared after the parcel is handed to the courier. If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with, photograph it before opening and record one continuous unboxing video.

Delays and address changes

Festival peaks, severe weather, courier restrictions or an incomplete address may cause delays. Contact us as early as possible for an address correction; changes are not guaranteed after dispatch.
