What does the New or Return field mean?
It distinguishes fresh stock from items that were sold and then sent back. This design is marked New, so it has not been through a customer's hands. It is a stock classification carried in the product record rather than a statement about the design itself.
Why does new stock matter for a printed garment?
Printed surfaces show handling sooner than plain cloth does. A returned item may have been tried on, hung in sunlight or lightly creased, and any of that is more visible on a print than on a solid colour, particularly around the collar and cuffs.
Is the shirt sold with anything else?
No additional items are listed in the product record, so what ships is the shirt alone. There is no mention of a bottom, a lining or packaging extras. If you were expecting a set, check with us before ordering rather than assuming one is included.
How should the shirt be stored?
Hung rather than folded, ideally on a broad hanger that supports the shoulder. Folding sets creases into the print area, and on a dry clean only garment those are inconvenient to remove. Keeping it out of direct sunlight also slows any fading of the printed colours.
Can I return this?
Yes. Vpnam has a 7-day return window, and the full terms are in the Refund and Returns Policy. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective, an item is missing, or a different product was sent, and keep the item, tags and original packaging unused while the claim is reviewed. Worn, washed, altered or tailored products cannot be returned.
